• What payment methods are accepted?

  We accept online payment through PayPal.

• Can I pay my booking with a credit card?

  Yes, you can pay by credit card at PayPal without having to sign up for a PayPal account.

  1. Checkout the shopping cart as usual.
  2. In PayPal login page, there is a button "Pay by Debit or Credit Card", click on this button and you will be allowed to pay by credit card.
• I've been charged, do I need to do anything?

  In most cases, no action is required from you. We will contact you through email / WhatsApp / WeChat to confirm pick up hotel and time.

• Can I cancel my booking?

  Yes! you can cancel a booking without paying cancellation fee as long as you send cancel request 1 week (7 days) before tour date.

  Cancellation fee at 50% will be charged for cancel request sent 5 days before tour date.

  Cancellation is not allowed within 5 days.

  Ticket fee is strictly non-refundable.
